DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS
1. DELIVERY
The delivery of the docuhab app takes place through a digital process. The application is made available on the site for users to access through a purchase or trial version.
Membership Requirement: In order to use both the trial version and to make a purchase, users must create a membership on the site. Membership can be completed by entering your personal information and creating an account.
Application Download: After creating a membership, the user can download and install the docuhab application on their computer via the download button on the site. The download process is only available for member users.
Login and Internet Connection Requirement: For some functions of the application, such as OCR operations and credit checks, users need to be able to log in to the application. Login must be done in an environment connected to the internet. Once logged in, the app can check users' remaining credit and requires users to be online during the OCR process.
Delivery Time: Once the purchase is successfully completed, the user can immediately access the docuhab app and download and install it. The application is immediately made available.
2. RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
As digital products, it is generally not possible for users to request returns and refunds once they have started using the app. However, there may be some exceptions:
- Application Error or Failure: If the user detects a serious technical or functional error after purchasing the application, the user can contact the support team to request a resolution of the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be requested.
- Trial Version: After testing the features of the app using the trial version for 20 credits, the user may decide to purchase the app. Licensed purchases made after the trial are irrevocable as they are digital products.
3. POSSIBLE RIGHTS IN DELAY AND DELIVERY
If any problems occur during delivery and there is a delay in the availability of the application, users may have the following rights:
- Support Contact: Any problems with delivery or access should be resolved quickly by contacting the support team.
- Alternative Methods: The user may request that alternative links or files be provided to download the app.
4. LOAN RETURN POLICY
When using the App, no refunds will be given for unused or expired credits of the Buyer when purchasing an OCR credit/page package. However, credits may be refunded in the following cases:
- Incorrect Credit Top-up: If the Buyer's account is accidentally overloaded with credits, the overloaded credits may be refunded.
- Technical Problems: In the event that OCR credits do not work properly or users are unable to use credits due to a technical problem, credits may be refunded.
5. SERVICES REFUND POLICY
No Refunds on Digital Products: Since the docuhab app provides digital content, there are no refunds on purchased digital content. In this context, users can test the app with a trial version, allowing them to determine the suitability of the product before purchasing.
Complaints and Issues: Users can report problems or complaints regarding the operation of the application via the support e-mail address. The support team reviews the complaints and offers a solution as soon as possible.
6. REFUND REQUEST SITUATIONS
The docuhab app generally does not offer returns or refunds for digital products. However, a refund request may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical Problems within 7 Days of App Purchase: If the application has persistent technical malfunctions within 7 days of the user's purchase and these malfunctions cannot be resolved by the company, the user can request a refund.
- Inability to Access the Application: If, after the purchase, access to the application is not available for a certain period of time and this is due to the company, users may request a refund.
7. AUTHORIZED USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Buyer agrees to use the docuhab application only for itself and licensed users. The application is limited to a single license and users may not transfer, reproduce or sell it to other persons. In case of license infringement, the right to use the application may be revoked.
8. CHARGEBACK RISK AND ORDER REVIEW POLICY
Depending on the user’s invoice preference (individual or corporate), the registered email address and name information may be subject to review after the order is placed. If the registered email address is unusually meaningless or significantly different from the name or company title, and is found to belong to a different person or organization, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, your payment will be refunded.
9. AUTHORIZED AUTHORITIES
In case of any dispute that may arise between the seller and the buyer, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.
